What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email address, and details about your home education setup. We also collect usage data (which features you use) to improve the product.

Child data

We take child data seriously. Children's profiles are stored within your household account and are never shared with third parties. Child-facing AI (Ren) conversations are kept private and are only viewable by the parent who set up the household. Parents can delete all child data at any time.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve Inglenook, to send you relevant communications about your account, and (with your permission) to contact you about beta testing or product updates. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Email communications

You'll receive transactional emails related to your account. If you sign up for the beta, waitlist, or founder tier, you'll receive a small number of relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your account at any time. On cancellation, you can request full deletion of your data. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days.
